Complete Health Improvement Program: CHIP is a 12-week intensive lifestyle medicine program designed to prevent, treat, and reverse chronic lifestyle related health problems including depression. Dr Olety is an approved facilitator for CHIP program. This program can be completed as self-study or as a group.
